  1. Is there a live stream I can tune into? I have small kids and unable to come but would love to listen in? Or perhaps written notes on the subjects?

  2. If we have noise and dog Bylaws: enforce them.
Why do non waterfront owners have 3 moorings in front of other peoples’s property: some non compliant moorings. ( so they can rent them?) What happened to the program to police moorings and illegal docks? Other lakes and areas have followed through.

    1. Hi Anastasia, the CSRD with two bylaw officers must decide on the worst offences to enforce. They typically prioritize offences that affect ‘life or limb’ and often do not have time to get to somewhat lesser offences. Having said that, noise offences are handled by the Chase RCMP, and the federal department of Transport Canada handles buoys. It is frustrating that we have bylaws that we can’t enforce like the docks and buoys.
