Every year, we pay taxes. It’s a bit frustrating, and even after all these years of paying them, it still feels like I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Work is beginning in Anglemont this week to reduce wildfire risk in the Crown forests above the community. Kk’atsin Resources LLP will have crews on the western end of Anglemont, working eastward towards Evelyn falls. I’m not sure how long the planned work will continue but it’s great to see that we do have some work actually progressing, and we’re looking forward to more in Anglemont later this year.
