Construction starts on Scotch Creek Water System expansion Construction of the first phase of the Scotch Creek Water System upgrade will take place starting Monday, November 6. Little Shuswap Lake Band has decided, in their council meeting last week, that they will withdraw their approval for mosquito control on band lands in Scotch Creek.
